About the PHC of Iowa City The PHC was founded by Andi Woods who is passionate about supporting preventive health. Andi’s credentials include being a certified PA (physician assistant), clinical health coach, medical assistant, & health education specialist. Andi maintains an NCCPA Certificate of Added Qualification for Psychiatry, completed her MPH with emphasis in cultural humility, & holds a master’s in exercise physiology. The PHC is designed to provide client-centered care in a judgment-free space.
